My journey into hypnosis started on a very personal level—I used it to support the birthing of my daughter, and I was in awe of how powerfully it transformed my life during a major career change. That experience lit a fire in me. Hypnosis didn’t just help me—it changed me. That’s when I knew this was my path. This is heart-centered work, and I’m all in. I graduated from the Cascade Hypnosis Center in Bellingham in November 2024, where I refined the skills I now use every day to help others overcome obstacles, reach their goals, and step into their full potential. I live on the Swinomish Reservation in La Conner, WA, with my husband—who is also my business partner—and our wonderful children. We believe deeply in the work we do and the impact it can have on people’s lives.

Outside of hypnosis, I recharge in nature. I love hiking, camping, and connecting with the outdoors. I’m also fascinated by neuroscience and the mind-body connection—it’s incredible how much power we hold within ourselves when we understand how the mind works. More than anything, I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader. I bring empathy, encouragement, and proven tools to every session to help you create real, lasting results. As a mother of two I love working with children and teenagers using the power of 5-PATH® hypnosis process to help them build confidence, overcome challenges, and thrive from the inside out.
